Semillas Fitó offers its customers executive development training at ESADE
Semillas Fitó has collaborated with ESADE, the prestigious, internationally renowned business school, to offer its clients specific management training.
The prestigious business school, with a global reputation, has created a specific programme imparting knowledge to help boost the sector.
Semillas Fitó continues to promote training among its customers through courses under the Fitó Academy initiative. On this occasion, at the hands of ESADE, the Executive Development Programme was offered to its most important customers from Spain and Portugal, who travelled to Barcelona to attend the course, which consisted of three modules taught on different days.
This course satisfies a real demand for specific training with the aim of developing essential management skills for modern organizations by offering top quality content adapted to the problems of the sector and the environment.
The first session, which was held in February 2020, before the pandemic, focused on business growth, and dealt with issues related to people management and strategic management, a fundamental part of the proper functioning of companies, and with responsible leadership and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The main objective of the second session, imparted last February, was to provide attendees with a holistic view of strategic management. As a result, the participants were able to expand their financial and business organization knowledge and learn marketing strategies, among other things, at the hands of extraordinary expert teachers in the area of executive development.
The third and last session of the Executive Development Programme, which took place in May, focused on market orientation from different perspectives.
Initiatives such as this training course at ESADE and all those others offered by Semillas Fitó to its customers and collaborators fall within the framework of the Fitó Academy. This project was born three years ago with the aim of supporting the growth of customers and contributing to the promotion and development of the sector through knowledge.
